I went with flexispy skeptically. I have never used any program like this and was a bit nervous. Flexispy has proven itself a well spent expense. I needed the program to verify and backup claims by my kids. My absolute favorite feature is the key logger. It shows me everything my kids type into their phones. I highly recommend this company. I had an issue with one of the features not working but customer service was able to fix it quickly and effortlessly. All I did was send 1 email!
I purchased Flexispy for employee monitoring. There was this employee we were really close to and we wanted to promote that person, but we wanted to make sure we could trust that person for more. With Flexispy, we were able to determine that the person was not trustworthy of a promotion, having contact with a competitor behind our back; that was harmful for our small business position. The monitoring of Instant Messages and Call Log was fundamental in making our decision. Eventhough we couldn’t load messages older than a few days, because the device was new, it was enough to make our decision to terminate the employee’s contract. I reached Tech Support a couple of times and I had a response in a reasonable time. If you want to test someone in your company in a position of trust, use Flexispy and that could save a lot of time and money for your company, to channel your resources to people who actually deserve it.

I can absolutely recommend Flexispy. I was impressed from the GPS recording, so you know where your child is on the road. Customer support was also very helpful. You get quick help when something doesn't go so well, or you need help with the application and installation or other questions. Everything is dealt with in a friendly and quick way. Flexispy can also help with GPS when the mobile phone is stolen.
My reason was employee monitoring. I had been experiencing downtime and low productivity in employees's use of company devices. Flexispy helped me a lot in making sure I know what the employee was doing on the work device. My most favourite feature is SMS and call tracking. I was able to see if work airtime was being used for work related purposes. Although connectivity was an issues (nothing to do with Flexispy) the product is great and it allows companies to monitor their employee device.
Flexispy is one of the best monitoring programs I've ever seen. It has the most features and is customizable. To get access to advanced features you need to pay a little more. But, as I said, it's all a matter of your need. The PREMIUM subscription which is the cheapest already covers everything you need: keylog, SMS, whatsapp, facebook, call log, calendar, photos, videos and location. No root access required. You only need physical access to the device to be able to install the program. The installation is well explained and you will do it without any problems. And if you have problems, just contact the user support that responds quickly too.
